Step 1 of 6 — Which department are you onboarding?

Which department are you onboarding?
Register the government department that owns this data source. You’ll need a short code and contact.
Where does the data live?
Tell Samanvay how to reach the department’s system. Host must be allowed by policy.
What document types will this connector fetch?
Create a draft connector. It stays unpublished until you test and publish later.
Approve field matches
Suggestions are lexical guesses from an OpenAPI import. Tick only rows you’re sure about. Unchecked rows are not saved. OpenAPI never auto-publishes.
Ask for suggestions, then approve the rows you trust. Saved approved only — nothing else is written.
Import suggestions from OpenAPI (optional)
Paste is optional. Suggest matches uses a Revenue demo spec unless you replace it. Preview only — this never publishes.
Test the connector
Run a dry check before anything goes live. Publish is blocked until this passes.
Publish connector
This makes the connector available to the control plane. Requires the test report from step 5. Human decision — not automatic.
