EXTERNAL CALLER DEMO. This is an external caller stand-in for a department portal that invokes Samanvay. Journey codes (including scholarship, NOC, subsidy) prove the platform is generic. They are not Samanvay products.
DEV SIGN-IN. Consent grant is bound to the signed-in citizen token (its session id), from the local dev Keycloak citizen realm. This is not production SSO.
DEPARTMENT LINKING. Connect missing departments one at a time. Scholarship (income + caste + marks + bank) is three department links (Revenue, Education, DBT), not one hop per document. Providers are labeled demo/sandbox. This is not live Keycloak department SSO and not a live DigiLocker partner API.
